Good to know
Arrival and departure
Arrivals should take place after 3 PM and before 7 PM; if you will be arriving late we ask you iform us accordingly, otherwise we will consider the room free. On departure day the room is to be free by 11 AM.
Dogs
Dogs are accepted after prior agreement and with a surcharge of € 17,00 per day (food not included). Please inform us if you plan to bring your four-legged friend. We also ask to bring with you the apposite basket or blanket.Dogs are not allowed to enter the dining rooms, the indoor pool area, the saunas or the sun terraces. Thank you for understanding.
Non-smoking hotel
Smoking is not allowed in the entire hotel. Please enjoy your cigarette on the balcony or in the open air.
Cancellations
Due to the Corona situation, we have relaxed the cancellation policy. If an arrival is not possibile due to Covid-19 (entry ban, renewed lockdown, proven corona infection), a free cancellation is possibile. Otherwise our normal cancellation conditions apply as follows: EU laws apply; please let us know in time, we try to be as understanding as possibile. The room cancellation is free of charge for the manaths of April, May, June, July, August, September, October and November up to 14 days before your arrival, after that date we must charge you 70% for the package reserved: this also applies for missed arrivals, latearrivals or early departures. In order to avoid cancellation fees, we suggest taking out trip coverage insurance. We will be happy to send you a form.
Manner of payment
We ask you to pay cash (per Italian law there is a maximum amount per stay of € 999,99) or with traveller’s cheques. Visa Card, Mastercard and EC Cards are also accepted. Please let us know how you plan to pay when you arrive. Our goal is to maintain our prices unchanged. In case of unexpected economic changes or variation in the VAT, we must unfortunately adjust our prices.
Room number
Unfortunately, we cannot confirm a room number. But we will certainly try to keep your wishes in mind.
